OANN: FBI, DC Courts, Congress Collude To Hide Video Of Federal Assets Attacking Capitol

Dan Ball, host of “Real America” on OANN, showcases video of federal assets attacking the Capitol as featured in “Justified” actor/director Nick Searcy’s new movie “The War On Truth,” and asked videographer Bobby Powell for updates in his investigation into the federal agents he recorded leading the #January6th #Fedsurrection.

On 1/15/21 I gave the FBI 29-minutes of HD video of two men assaulting the Capitol on January 6th. As of 7/19/24, the FBI has never uploaded a single second of video or a photograph or either of these two federal agents. They have also refused to accept my SEVEN offers to give them an interview and ALL of the video I recorded on January 5th-7th.

The government fought for 6 hours to keep my video of these men breaking a window and holding the Columbus Doors open with a pole while pushing protesters inside out of evidence during the trial of US vs Nancy Barron last August. When Roger Roots, the attorney for Ms. Barron, prevailed in his argument to have the video admitted, the government threatened to prosecute me in a blatant attempt at witness intimidation.

They failed; twice in one day. I was pleased.

Once I began to testify, however, I quickly learned how J6 defendants are always found guilty: The government suppresses exculpatory evidence (Brady material) and uses other evidence out of context to weave a narrative that is in direct opposition to the truth of what actually happened, and the judges allow them to do it.

I have testified for the defense in 3 trials in DC District Court thus far. In none of them was I allowed to “tell the whole truth” as I was sworn to do by judges Zia Farquai and James “Skull & Bones” Boasberg. Both judges allowed the prosecution to lie to the court, and the jury, even after I pointed out how prosecutors were manipulating evidence.

In the trial of US vs Rebecca Lavrenz, the “Praying Grandma,” the prosecution tried to tell the jury that Hunter Ehmke, who had originally broken the Senate office window, was a supporter of President Trump. They also tied to portray Gavin Crowl, the man in mirrored sunglasses I stopped from entering the window, as a Trump supporter.

I told Judge Farquai, “I have the text messages from his Hunter Ehmke’s mother saying he was sympathetic to Antifa and BLM on the cell phone in my pocket. I also have my interview with Crowl in which he identifies as an “anarchist” on a thumb drive in my pocket. Why are you allowing the prosecution to get away with provable lies?”

It got heated. I thought he was going to find me in contempt of court, but I couldn’t back down. From his order the previous day, Farquai wouldn’t allow me to speak to attorney Roots so I had to make a case for the truth all by myself. I even informed Judge Farquai that former Mi. Congressman Kerry Bentivolio, on behalf of MIGOP Chair Ron Weiser, had threatened my life if I did not stop pushing out my video.

Farquai was having none of it.

”Mr. Powell,” he said, pointing his finger at me, “Nothing you have learned since January 6th is relevant. You are to answer the questions put to you as briefly as possible, with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if you can.”

I did my best to “tell the whole truth” under those restrictions, but I was not allowed to do so. And when it came time for the prosecution to cross-examine me, they said, “We have no questions for this witness, your Honor.” They stunk of fear. I could see it in their faces. There was nothing to be gained by letting me say another word because some inconvenient truth might slip out.

All three trials were a travesty of justice.

After I was dismissed from the stand I went to lunch, changed out of my monkey suit, and went back to watch the rest of the trial. 5 minutes into the afternoon session my heart started racing and I knew what was coming. I stepped out into the hallway and asked the US Marshall to call an ambulance: I was in AFIB.

So I spent the next 24 hours in George Washington University Hospital. They wanted to admit me for surgery, but I told them to get me stable enough to travel. I booked the first flight home the next day. There was no way on God’s green Earth I was spending Easter in a DC hospital.

I have since had a cardiac ablation to prevent any future attacks of AFIB, which quite honestly are more debilitating that an actual heart attack, and I am just about ready to get back into the fight.

While I was down, resting per doctor’s orders (for once,) I had a lot of time to do a bit of research. I found that all of the surveillance video uploaded to Rumble by the Committee on House Oversight has been uploaded in 20-minute segments; except for camera 7029, showing the interior of the Columbus Doors, which was uploaded in 8 to 9-minute segments.

It just so happens that 9-minutes of surveillance video, from 3:20pm to 3:29pm are missing. Those 9-minutes correspond perfectly with video recorded from two angles outside the doors, by another videographer and myself, showing a federal agent dubbed #CapitolDoorman holding the doors open with a pole and pushing protesters inside the Capitol.

I wonder how many other agents provocateur appear in that breach of the Columbus Doors which is being hidden from the American people? Attorney Brad Geyer has identified more than 150 “suspicious actors” and Congressman Clay Higgins says he is aware of over 200.
